Sarah Elizabeth Troop
Sarah serves as historian for Linda Vista Hospital in Boyle Heights, an Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway hospital listed on the National Register of Historic Places.She is currently a parapsychology researcher, specializing in survival consciousness and experiences where psi and death are linked. She was recently chosen by famed parapsychologist, Loyd Auerbach, to became part of The Office of Paranormal Investigations as a Parapsychological Field Investigator
She is host of the Cabinet of Curiosities Podcast and blogger for Nourishing Death, which examines the relationship between food and death in rituals, culture, religion and society. Along these same, deathly lines, Sarah has been asked to create and develop cemetery tours for a number of cemeteries in the Central California region, focusing on the area’s history, iconography and death and morning rituals.
She is one of the organizational and founding members of the Death Salon conference which debuts in Los Angeles in October 2013.
