826LA will be hosting the only scheduled screening of <\/span>DRONES<\/a> in Los Angeles! <\/span>All proceeds will go directly to 826LA’s FREE creative writing programs for Los Angeles students ages 6-18. The exclusive screening will be followed by a Q&A with cast and crew, moderated by Kevin Pollak. Tickets are priced at 3 levels: $15 balcony, $30 general admission, $100 preferred seating with VIP after-party. We hope you will join us to celebrate this film and help raise vital funds for 826LA in the meantime. If you like science fiction and love you must see this movie! <\/span><\/div>\n

Brian Dilks is an Office Drone. He spends his days at OmniLink in comforting monotony: facilitating the movement of product around the country, faxing, copying, joking with his best friend, Clark, and harmlessly flirting with fellow cubicle-mate, Amy.<\/span><\/p>\n

But how well does anyone really know the people they work with?<\/span><\/p>\n

When Brian discovers an improbable secret about his best friend, everything in Brian’s world changes and his safe life of workplace detachment is no longer an option.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shocked out of his mind-numbing routine by this new discovery, Brian throws himself into a star-crossed romance with Amy–yet, like next-quarter’s sales or intergalactic war, close encounters of the office kind is uncertain business.<\/span><\/p>\n
